Browse available shifts on your newsfeed and apply directly for shifts that interest you. Employers can also offer you a shift directly if you are available and fit their search criteria.

Job opportunities at your fingertips

Once shift is completed and timesheet is verified by both parties, there is the opportunity to rate your workplace, and be rated by your workplace, to give all SHIFT PRO members an insight into the workers and the workplace.

We make sure you get paid

Payment is taken from the Employer within days of the approved timesheet. Your wages will have holiday pay and pension accrued.

Once your profile is created, you can create job postings for workers to apply. View applicants on the app, and accept/reject with a single swipe.

Fill your shifts in seconds

If there are no suitable applicants, you can check available staff by using our quick search, and directly offering them the role. You will be also able to view their performance and reliability score.

Automated payments under our supervision

After a shift is confirmed and completed, you have 48 hours to approve or amend to approve the timesheet. Once approved, funds are taken by DD, and paid to the worker on our next payroll run. An invoice is emailed to you.
